Job Description
HR And Its People is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Estate Manager to efficiently manage the daily operations and administration of a residential estate located in Mowe, Ogun State. The successful candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₦200,00.
The ideal applicant must possess strong organizational skills, be proactive, and excel in managing personnel, processes, and property. Key responsibilities include overseeing estate infrastructure, supervising staff, maintaining common areas, managing financial matters, and ensuring adherence to regulations.
Qualifications include a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in vendor relations are essential.
