We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Estate Manager to oversee the operations of our prestigious estate.

The Estate Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property, including maintenance, financial management, and tenant relations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a pro-active approach to problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estate management, with a deep understanding of property maintenance, landscaping, and security. They will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Manage the estate’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
