We seek an experienced Estate Manager to oversee daily operations of a private estate, ensuring efficient maintenance, staff performance, security, and guest services. The ideal candidate combines leadership, discretion, and practical maintenance knowledge.

• Manage grounds and household staff; supervise vendors and contractors
• Oversee maintenance schedules, inventories, budgets, and reports
• Coordinate security, events, and daily scheduling
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and high service standards
• Flexible hours and valid driver’s license required

Qualifications: 5+ years managing large residences or estates, strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and professionalism.
