Job Description
Meritabode is a real estate company specializing in site sales, land plots, and affordable housing development.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Discuss plans and estate requirements with owners.
- Handle administrative tasks like insurance claims and legal documents.
- Supervise employees and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Resolve client issues and maintain communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
- HND in Real Estate or related field.
- 3-5 years of Estate Management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦140,00.00 – ₦160,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ikeja: Relocation or reliable commute required
