Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Property Officer to manage leasing, sales, valuations, property administration, and client relations. Key responsibilities include:
- Liaise with clients to market, lease, and sell properties; handle buyer enquiries.
- Manage acquisitions/disposals and ensure legal completion.
- Perform property valuations, feasibility studies, and periodic reporting.
- Oversee property management, maintenance coordination, and service charge billing.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor industry trends.
Qualifications: experience in real estate or facility management preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication, attention to detail, and independent decision-making; bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage.
