Job Description
West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) invites applications for an Entry-Level Estate Surveyor to join our Ikoyi real estate team. This is a full-time, permanent position (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) with a monthly salary of ₦120,00–₦150,00.
Key responsibilities include supporting agency and valuation activities, assisting with site inspections and basic valuations, preparing simple reports and property documentation, creating listing content, and collaborating with senior surveyors.
Requirements: BSc or HND in Estate Management and Valuation. No prior experience required. Applicants must demonstrate strong interest in real estate, clear communication, basic report‑writing skills, and the ability to learn and work both independently and as part of a team. This role is based on-site in Ikoyi.
