Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Problem Manager to join our team. As the Enterprise Problem Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex problems that impact our organization’s operations and objectives.
You will collaborate with various departments and teams to understand their needs, gather relevant data, and perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying issues. Using your exceptional problem-solving skills, you will develop effective strategies and solutions to address these problems and prevent their recurrence.
In addition, you will lead problem management initiatives, establish preventive measures, and ensure that lessons learned are applied to prevent future issues. You will also play a vital role in coordinating with stakeholders, managing communication, and providing regular updates on problem resolution progress.
To excel in this role, you must have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive knowledge of problem management methodologies. Experience in enterprise-level problem management and IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, is highly desirable.
