Job Description
The Enterprise NOC Back Office Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the network and infrastructure of our enterprise clients. They work behind the scenes to support the network operations center (NOC) in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining network devices, monitoring network performance, and analyzing network traffic. You will also collaborate with the front office engineers to resolve complex network problems and provide technical support to internal teams and clients.
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies. You should also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze network performance using various tools
- Configure and maintain network devices, such as routers and switches
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with front office engineers to resolve complex network problems
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients
