Job Description
We seek an experienced Travel and Tourism Specialist to advise clients on destinations, travel requirements, transport, accommodation, tours, and related services, ensuring seamless arrangements and exceptional service from inquiry through post-travel support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and book flights, hotels, tours, and ground transport.
- Advise on destinations, attractions, visa and travel regulations.
- Create tailored itineraries and manage bookings using reservation systems (GDS/Amadeus/Sabre preferred).
- Process documents, confirmations, payments, and resolve changes or cancellations.
- Maintain industry relationships and stay current on travel trends.
Qualifications: Certificate/diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality, strong destination knowledge, excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. IATA/GDS proficiency advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time · Pay: ₦150,00–₦350,00/month
