Job Description
As an Engineering Manager in our Telecom Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in leading a talented group of engineers to deliver innovative and efficient telecom solutions. Your expertise in telecommunications, project management, and team leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance
- Oversee the development and implementation of telecom solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive process efficiency
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery of projects
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the telecom industry to drive innovation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Engineering Manager in the telecom industry
- In-depth knowledge of telecom solutions, including network architecture, VoIP, and wireless technologies
