Job Description
The Energy Manager is responsible for managing and implementing energy conservation programs in an organization. They analyze energy usage, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to reduce energy consumption and costs. The Energy Manager will also assess and recommend the use of renewable energy sources to minimize environmental impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting energy audits to identify energy-saving opportunities.
- Developing and implementing energy management plans and policies.
- Monitoring energy consumption and analyzing data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Recommending and implementing energy-efficient technologies and practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to raise awareness and promote energy conservation initiatives.
