Job Description
Akinkunbi Nigeria Limited is seeking a dedicated Employee Experience Consultant to enhance our workplace culture and foster employee engagement and retention. This mid-level role requires 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, or internal communications.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing employee engagement programs, overseeing onboarding and training initiatives, conducting employee surveys, and supporting various HR projects.
