Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Shift Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the electrical operations during your assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of electrical technicians and ensure their adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to prevent interruptions in production.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine the root cause of equipment failures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- Train and mentor employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Shift Supervisor or a similar role.
- Proficient in electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
