Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Educator or Nurse on a part-time basis (80%). In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to our clients.
As an Educator or Nurse, you will work closely with individuals of all ages, supporting their physical and mental health needs. You will create and implement developmentally appropriate activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring clients’ health and well-being
- Providing medication administration and managing medical conditions
- Collaborating with other team members and interdisciplinary professionals
- Developing individualized care plans
- Delivering health education and promoting healthy lifestyle choices
To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid nursing or education license and have relevant experience working with individuals who require specialized care. Strong communication and organizational skills are also essential.
