Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an eCommerce Strategy & Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and optimize operations in our online retail business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing eCommerce strategies in line with company objectives.
- Overseeing the operational aspects of the eCommerce platform.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and implementing improvements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Managing and optimizing inventory, fulfillment, and logistics processes.
- Identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the eCommerce industry.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in eCommerce, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and online retail operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities, are also essential for success in this role.
