Job Description
TalentFlow Consulting, a dynamic organization in the healthcare and emergency response sector, is on the lookout for a proactive Executive Assistant to support its CEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, adeptness in managing complex schedules, and the ability to handle sensitive tasks with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with calendar management and travel coordination.
- Prepare and audit documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information with utmost professionalism.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and task management tools.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₦200,00.00 – ₦250,00.00/month
