Yonko Nig Ltd is in search of a results-driven E-commerce Sales Representative to boost our online sales and foster customer engagement across our digital platforms, including our website, marketplaces, and social media channels. In this role, you will employ persuasive selling techniques and data-driven strategies to enhance the buyer’s journey.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers through email, chat, and social media; upsell products; manage sales pipelines; and collaborate with logistics for order processing.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or customer service, proficiency in CRM tools, and outstanding communication skills.
