Job Description
ABOUT THE CLIENT: Our client operates an African food website, catering primarily to individuals living abroad.
LOCATION: Abuja (candidates from Lagos will also be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Create and optimize the online retail platform tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct analyses and report on the performance of the website.
- Team up with marketing personnel on social media initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to data protection regulations.
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries online.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce.
- Leadership experience is highly regarded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
