We are seeking a Dynamics ERP Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365/AX environments. The role focuses on resolving technical incidents, implementing integrations, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with functional teams to ensure reliable operation.

• Minimum 2 years supporting Dynamics ERP (Dynamics 365/AX)
• Proficient in SQL, C#/X++, Power Platform, and web services
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills
• Responsibilities: incident resolution, system tuning, deployment support, documentation, and end-user training
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
