Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our team. As a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on the implementation and customization of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing client requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and providing training and support to end-users. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the implementation and ongoing usage of the CRM system.
Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities and a proven track record in delivering successful CRM projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with clients and internal teams on a regular basis.
