Job Description
A Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of a business or organization during their assigned shift. They are responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly, managing staff, handling customer complaints, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Key responsibilities of a Duty Manager may include:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of staff members
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Managing and maintaining inventory and supplies
- Addressing any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong leadership and communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a customer-focused approach. Previous experience in a similar role may be preferred.
