Job Description
- Safely transport the Managing Director to and from various locations, including meetings, appointments, and events.
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with loading and unloading of luggage, packages, or other items as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle, including regular fueling, cleaning, and scheduling maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other necessary services.
- Stay updated on traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely and efficient travel routes.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, including clear and timely coordination with the Managing Director regarding schedule changes or additional transportation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the Managing Director’s activities, conversations, and sensitive information.
