Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Draughtman to join our team at Derive Communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and drafting Shop Drawings and As Built drawings for ELV and Building Management Systems (BMS) across various projects, including infrastructure, star hotels, high-rise towers, airport projects, metro projects, and more.
Your duties will include drafting HVAC works—such as air distribution calculations, duct sizing, and plumbing layouts—and AUTOCAD drafting of electrical works, including wiring, lighting layouts, and fire alarm systems.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay starting from ₦100,00.
