Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd is on the lookout for a dedicated Recruitment Manager to lead our Domestic Staff Recruitment department based in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. This full-time position involves overseeing the entire hiring process for domestic staff, including nannies, housekeepers, cooks, and other roles.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include managing a recruitment team, fostering client relationships, and maintaining a robust talent pool. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, as well as integrity and discretion.
