Lead and expand a district sales team focused on insurance products. You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate agents to meet sales goals and improve policy persistency. Develop and execute territory plans, cultivate relationships with brokers and key corporate clients, and analyze market trends to drive sustainable growth.

• Oversee performance tracking, budget management, and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Requirements: 5+ years in insurance sales, including 2+ years in management; proven leadership, negotiation, coaching, and communication skills; target-driven mindset; valid driver’s license.
