Job Description
The Director, Policy & Partnerships is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of policy initiatives and strategic partnerships for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of government policies and regulations, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute policy strategies to support our organization’s objectives.
- Monitor and analyze policy and legislative developments in relevant sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policy alignment across all areas of the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and other external partners.
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and other policy-related events.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on policy matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in policy development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of government policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
