Job Description
DCSL Corporate Services Ltd is in search of a highly qualified Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will hold a First Degree in a relevant field, accompanied by a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 10 years in a senior management role. A comprehensive understanding of Islamic Insurance (Takaful) is critical, and professional certifications such as ACIIN or ACII are mandatory.
The Director of Operations will spearhead strategic initiatives, oversee underwriting and claims management, cultivate essential relationships, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in modern technological tools.
