Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Worship Music Director to lead and develop our worship ministry. The ideal candidate will direct choirs and bands, select and arrange repertoire, coordinate volunteers, and oversee music for weekly services and special events.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years in church music leadership; strong vocal and instrumental ability (piano or guitar preferred); arranging and rehearsal planning; team leadership; familiarity with sound and worship technology; excellent communication; collaborative work with pastoral staff.
- Responsibilities: Plan seasonal and weekly services; recruit, mentor, and schedule musicians and volunteers; manage rehearsals, the music library, and licensing; administer the music budget.
