Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Claims and Tariff Management to join our dynamic team at Reliance Health. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the claims process and managing tariff policies to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the claims and tariff management processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the claims team to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize tariff policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Analyze claims data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as insurance providers and regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in claims management, preferably in the [industry] sector.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of tariff regulations and practices.
