Job Description
MSH is seeking a highly skilled Director for Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) in Nigeria. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, including the Government of Nigeria, development partners, and civil society to achieve the project’s strategic M&E goals. The MERL Director will oversee the development and management of MEL systems, ensuring quality reporting and data management. Responsibilities include evaluating project effectiveness, facilitating evidence-based improvements, and capacity building for local partners. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in donor-funded health programs, and proven management capabilities within international development contexts.
