Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT team to deliver innovative digital banking solutions.
- Oversee the core banking system to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Engage with senior management on strategic digital initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years experience in banking operations or IT strategy, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in project management and system implementation.
