Job Description
- Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer real estate deals
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Coordinate closing of property deals and ensure all necessary documents are in place
- Arrange property viewings for potential buyers prior to closing deals
- Act as an intermediary between property sellers and buyers
- Conduct property inspections to meet sales criteria
