Hec Recruit is seeking a full-time Digital Marketer based in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role requires developing and executing digital strategies across social media, email, and search; producing and curating engaging content; managing and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI; analyzing traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics; conducting market research; and working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications and a minimum of 3 years’ digital marketing experience.
• Competencies: proven use of social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools; strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Salary: N150,00 per month.
