Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketer (Growth & Community) to drive user acquisition, retention, and community engagement. You will design and execute growth experiments, manage paid and organic channels, develop campaign content, analyze CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics, and nurture active online communities across social platforms.
- Requirements: 2+ years in growth marketing; strong copywriting and data-analysis skills.
- Experience with paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and community management.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
