Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Officer to join our team at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. As a Desktop Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our organization’s desktop users. Your main tasks will include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop hardware and software systems, resolving user problems by providing timely and effective technical support, collaborating with the IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements, and maintaining accurate documentation of incidents and solutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and a good understanding of network protocols and configuration are also required.
