Position Overview:
As a Schematics Designer, you’ll create Universal Representations of designs for Water. Your work will be the blueprint for our projects, ensuring clarity and consistency in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed schematics of Water’s designs.
- Collaborate with Lead Designer for design alignment.
- Ensure clear, comprehensive, and universally applicable schematics.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback for refinement.
- Contribute to design strategy for enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Proven design experience.
- Strong ability to translate ideas visually.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for sustainability and innovation.
Equity Offering:
- Equity: 2-5% based on experience.
- Vesting Schedule: 4 years with 1-year cliff.
