Job Description
Our client in the building and construction industry is seeking a Design Architect to innovate architectural concepts and designs that align with client needs and industry standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders to craft functional and visually appealing structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative architectural designs from concept to finalization.
- Translate client requirements into innovative design solutions.
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for review.
- Work with project team to ensure design integrity.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and sustainability practices.
- Participate in design reviews and material selection.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards.
- Provide guidance to junior designers and interns.
Qualifications:
- Bsc/HND in Architecture.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with building codes and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
