Job Description
Role Description
This position is fully responsible for managing and optimizing the recovery and reconciliation processes for the company. The Officer will work to resolve discrepancies in financial records, track and monitor recovery efforts, and implement strategies to minimize financial losses.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in recovery and reconciliation is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Working/Worked with a Microfinance bank will be an added advantage.
