Job Description
We are seeking a Depot Sales Manager to lead depot sales and route-to-market activities in Onitsha. Key responsibilities include:
- Maximize revenue and coach sales representatives
- Manage wholesalers, distributors, and retailers
- Coordinate with Supply Chain/Logistics to ensure product availability
- Monitor market trends; enforce pricing and credit policies
- Report performance metrics and KPIs
Requirements: 3–5 years depot/territory sales experience (FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing preferred); proven distribution management, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. Full-time.
