Job Description
As a Demi Chef at Avani, your responsibilities will include assisting the Executive Chef in preparing appetizers, as well as meat and vegetables for entrees. You will also contribute to ensuring that the food is presented correctly and that each customer receives the highest quality food in a timely manner. In addition, you will be involved in selecting and training new members of the kitchen team, maintaining health and safety standards, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and personal hygiene. The ability to work efficiently and quickly under pressure is a must.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or any culinary degree
- Minimum one year of experience as a Demi Chef in Hotels and Restaurants
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service
- Attention to detail to achieve operational excellence
