Job Summary:
To join our vibrant IT team, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Support/Data Entry Specialist/Social Media Manager. You will be in charge of keeping our system and social media up to date with data as an IT support/data entry specialist, as well as offering our clients technical support when necessary.
Accountabilities:
- First-level support should be given to end users, with prompt and effective resolution of technical problems.
- Compile and upload the most recent records to our site.
- Make sure to update our social media accounts as needed.
- Answer IT support tickets and deliver first-rate client support.
- Keep abreast of new developments in technology and participate in efforts aimed at ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in a related position, such as social media management or IT support specialist.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and their uses.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Outstanding ability to manage social media.
Salary: ₦30,00.00 – ₦50,00.00 per month
