Job Description
Join our team at Blue Advisory as a Customer Support Staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to messages and inquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp
- Taking orders on Instagram and WhatsApp
- Liaising with the store and factory to ensure order accuracy
- Aligning stock positions with orders
- Providing insights on customer needs and preferences
- Updating on production plans, including volume and styles
- Following up on order production timelines
- Tracking the shipment of customer orders
- Engaging with customers regarding invoice realization
- Collecting feedback on sold products
