Job Summary
Prestmit is a digital platform that allows users to transact in various cryptocurrencies and gift cards. We are currently seeking individuals to manage user transactions, requests, complaints, and questions using our customized admin interface.
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to all customers’ transaction requests, complaints, and questions.
- Provide support to customers concerning transactions, products, and services.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve customer payment disputes promptly and maintain customer relationships.
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and provide updates on the status of their accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform other duties relating to the job role as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Minimum of BSc in a related field.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Must be able to take on night and weekend shifts when required.
- Must be computer literate with average typing speed.
- Must live within proximity to the office location, Lekki, Lagos.
