Job Description
Cryptomania Exchange is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, consistently ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess at least an ND, HND, or BSc in any field along with 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel are crucial for success in this position.
