Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Address client inquiries regarding deposits and withdrawals through email, phone, or live chat.
– Resolve technical issues related to forex trading platforms.
– Assist clients with ongoing account needs and trading-related questions.
– Document and organize client concerns for management analysis.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental KPIs.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in financial services or forex.
– Knowledge of forex trading platforms is preferred.
– Excellent interpersonal skills; proficiency in local language and English.
– Availability to work 24/5 shifts.
