Job Description
Fenrismedia is a platform for creators to share exclusive content and engage with their audience. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to provide exceptional service to our users and creators.
Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email, chat, and social media
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 / month.
