Job Description
- Our client is urgently requiring the services of a Customer Support Officer. The role involves managing interactions with customers, processing online orders, and addressing customer queries and complaints through digital channels.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum of OND in any related discipline.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
- Applicants must reside around Lekki and environs.
Skills Required:
- Digital marketing skills
- Good networking, prospecting, and closing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to details
Salary: N50,00 – N60,00 per month.
