Job Description
Workinnigeria seeks a full-time, permanent Customer Support Executive for its luxury fashion retail team in Abuja. Compensation: ₦200,00/month.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly via phone, email, live chat, and social media; provide accurate product and policy information.
- Resolve complaints with empathy, document interactions in CRM, escalate complex issues, and support onboarding.
- Meet response time, customer satisfaction, and quality targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2–3 years customer-facing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving, CRM proficiency, and solid organizational skills.
- Preferred: experience in fast-paced environments and knowledge of customer service best practices.
