Job Description
Expertlisting, a PropTech startup transforming real estate, seeks a Customer Support Associate. You will verify property listings by contacting landlords, assist users via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries with empathy, and clearly explain our platform. The role requires managing multiple priorities, tracking progress with basic tools (spreadsheets and support software), and maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer support; real estate experience preferred
- Skills: excellent communication, strong organization, problem-solving aptitude
- Work style: startup mindset, flexible onsite availability
- Compensation: ₦500–₦1,00 per day
