Samic-Idea Multiventure is actively searching for a dedicated Customer Support Assistant for an office-based role. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries with speed and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Utilize Android devices proficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum SSCE certificate.
• Strong knowledge of Android phones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: ₦50,00.00/month, Full-time, 6-month contract.
